Add volume CC11 in Step recorder
« on: February 02, 2020, 05:24:17 AM »
Hi

I want to add a series of CC# 011 controller events in the step recorder of Style Creator to do fade ins and fade outs of a style part.

I created a single CC11 then copied it. Used the time counter box to start at 1 - 1- 0000 and incremented it by beat using the Data Wheel and inserted CC11's at each beat. Then I went back and set  the values for CC11 for each step.

Is there a better way to create fade-ins and fade-outs of a style part?

Thank You

When there is a lot of typing on the Genos screen, I always prefer to choose computer software. You can enter controls with MixMaster or with XGworks. I made both videos so choose which method works best for you.

Yes, that makes a lot of sense.
