Making backing tracks w/melody on-or-off?
« on: January 06, 2020, 05:06:35 PM »
I made many backing tracks on the S910 where I moved the melody to channel 4 in keeping with what I was told is "standard MIDI karaoke format".   When creating the WAV versions, the S910 allowed the "muting" of any channel in playback.

I can't find the equivalent on the Genos!
How can I mute a channel on the MIDI when making a quick audio recording?

Please HELP, if possible!
TIA.

Go to midi setup mute channel 4 save the set
Call it the mute channel 4 set
It is very handy
Also for singers who want no melodie
make different sets like no bass,no drum
