Topic: Only bass stuck at particular chord - other items changing

Hi friends,

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

I was fiddling with some style setting the other day. After some time of playing few styles, I realized that the bass of all styles is fixed at C where as all the other items are changing chords as I play.  the chord on the main screen was showing as B/C  (if I was playing B chord) and similarly for others.

I tried to find out what went wrong while fiddling, but I couldn't find it. Finally I rebooted the Genos and then it came back to normal.

Just wanted to know
1) which setting it is,
2) and in what probable scenarios can we use such music (if you find this question stupid, please ignore)

it's the fingering setting
when you want play slashed chords (E/C)
Use the "bass on" functie

If the bass note remains at C whatever chord you play it is because your midi setting got changed. Go to Midi settings on Page two of menu and make sure it is set to all parts. No need to do a reset in future if this happens again.
