Hello friends
Jeg er så glad hver julekveld (I am so happe every Christmas Eve) is a Norwegian carol that was written in 1859, and is still very popular. The song has a lot of verses, and old people like to sing them all. On gigs I loose count
The lyrics was written by Marie Wexelsen, and the melody by Peder Knudsen. But this is my instrumental version, 5 verses, played on my S975 with the internal Christmas Waltx style, that I speeded up a bit.
Here in Norway, Christmas Eve is the big Christmas event, Church, dinner, and we open our Christmas presents.
I will be playing this Christmas Eve, as I have been doing the last three years. It is really fun It is a Christmas celebration for those who are alone.
