Topic: User ID and pass-word for purchased packs

I have bought some pan flute-sounds some years ago, and it work fine on Genos. In order to update Genos to V 2.0 I need to tak all my sound packs into YEM 2.6 from scratch. And now YEM ask me for User ID and pass word. I remember that i once had the possibility to find in on my page at Yamaha, but when I log in, they dont show any of the packs I have bought so far.
How do i get in contact with my former purchased packs?

Are you sure you are logged in? I mean normally when you are at the Yamaha Musicsoft site and click the login button on the top right of the screen it will take you to your account page and when you click on library (left of the screen) after that you will see everything you ever bought from that store. If you don't that probably means that you are not logged in. If you are sure that you are logged in than perhaps your account is messed up. I know Yamaha did a rehaul of their site and that resulted in quite a few accounts with problems.

So check if you are really logged in (the login button will change to a button that says My Account) else e-mail yamaha support and ask their help. They normally have a very swift response time.

Looke like the problem was in my computer, I couldn't log in correct, but now I cleaned up my pass-words and got a new one, and I seems to work.

Hello Toril,

You need to talk to MusicSoft, not Yamaha    The guys there are usually quite helpful and won't get you the runaround 

And for Flemming: The PanFlute is now included with the SuperiorPack too :-)
