They come from Tyros3 and Tyros4, I've remixed them with a lot of DSP and a big revoice trying to get the best sound out of Genos.
Not sure about SX900 compatibility: I've used some exclusive Genos voices/DSP (like Presence and Kino sections) but they could sound very good however, you can try!
