Just to let everyone that plays midi pedals know that you can use the RS4.1 stick that was made for the Tyros 5 with pedal voices on, in the sx900 through the song section the same as Tyros 5.Just need to try & find out now how to assign the volume of the song section to one of the live knobs!!!.Any idea anyone?.

Have look in menu> live control 2 and see what options are offered on the drop down

If your using song function 'stand alone' then maybe regular volume is fine to use and you would not need it as a 'function'.
There may be some way of using the control when in mixer, I imagine somebody will have a solution.

Hope you get it sorted.

Thanks for your reply.I have now just set it to the volume I want, have put EQ on & it seems to stay the same settings when changing registrations which is good.
