Multi-Pads on Genos in Cubase
« on: September 09, 2019, 08:38:41 PM »
Hi
How to make a genos multi-pad sound in cubase
I have tried fiddling with the midi parts, but no success yet

I put in Cubase and found that the Pad in question does not sound, but it triggers the start button and drums start.
Does anyone know how to solve this

All the best
John

Have you tried making a MIDI configuration with setting receive channels 5,6,7,and 8 assigned to Extra Parts?

Hi Joe
I think i have got it now
Nothing worked  as expected at first, but i remembered how bluetooth works.
Computers cannot pick things up if it is after what you have done.
I went back and made a little template with using extra parts.
I use multipad 2 on channel 4 and to keep it simple i used extra part 2 .Now import the song into Cubase and set up again.
It all went well this time and hope that is it.
Any comments welcome..
Thanks for your suggestion Joe.
