Hi Graham,
Restrictions: 6 per post, maximum total size 42000KB, maximum individual size 7000KB
Your photo is too big(too many kilobytes).You need to resize it to less than 7,000 KB
Use this to resize the photo online if you don't know how to do it by using Windows "Painting":

panos. The photo I was trying to attach was a very small 97kb.
What’s the extension of the photo?
There’s only a limited number of files types that you can attach.

I found the photo you are talking about but I don't know what is causing the problem.

Hi, the same thing happened to me a few days ago. I can't remember how big the photo was but certainly not as big a 7,000kb.

I can always add file types to the allowed list, but I don't believe that is the problem, Graham. Try resizing the attachment and it will resolve the issue. You can use Microsoft Paint or any similar program to accomplish this.
