Hello,

I am trying to record a song; say channel 1:piano, channel 2: Guitar etc. I can't seem to chose a sound. I click on the piano icon and select a type (say bass) and the icon picture changes to guitar but when I reconrd the second track it doesn't actually recond the second track. WHen I play it back it is only the first track piano I recorded. Then, I select Mixer then select the guitar(bass) then try recording again, but that does the same thing, When I play back it just plays back the first track, only the piano?

Please help?

It is sometimes easier if you just use right one to record all your tracks. Once your first track is done on right one then select the next track by pressing record and the track number. A drop down menu will appears telling you what that track is assigned to. Change it to right one and then select the voice you want to use on Right One.

Hi Eileen, just to clarify your reply above, does your point above mean that in multitrack recording on the Genos it behaves exactly like my Tyros 3 does. I only ask because I'm in the process of moving to the Genos and hope that it is the same.
Cheers

Pino, I'd like to record in 16 track sequencing mode (not in style mode). I read the comments like it is an easy process. ACtually it should be because I used multi-sequencing programs years ago; most of my youtube songs are done that way. BUT on the Genos, I just can't change the sound to record. The concept is easy; for examply Track 1:Piano, Track2:Guitar, Track3:Bass etc, how do I easily change the sound after reconrding Track 1 in piano?

As I mentioned above assign your tracks to use Right one voice and then select the voice you want to use.
