Like Joe H said before : a photo shopped Genos picture !🐷

Speculation and fake photo's keep people busy.👎😜 😁

Yes, I'm sorry, but it was me posting the latest rubbish this time  :-[ , however to be fair, I only posted it because I was more interested in the date they mentioned of October this year and I thought some people here may think hmmmm that's actually plausible, now whether there is substance in that I don't know, but for sure there's more truth in that than their awful fake pics.

I think people are busy enough without having this rubbish to look at.

Apparently some people aren't busy enough. But what I really want to know is, did that keyboard site get taken in by the doctored photos, or is the site itself fake?

Clearly 'shopped and a pretty lazy job at that!

Watched the movers take my Genos out the door today. Hope we find a place to live -- fast!!!  :o

Interesting topic. PSR-SX seems to be a logical name for a follow-up to the PSR-S series. That series has been around for quite some time and could use a renewal, not just by name, but also by design. It can be expected that the top model of this series would effectively have many features of the Genos, just like the S900/950 did with the Tyros 4/5.
And to agree with some others: the photo appears to be showing a "900", not "300" :)

The  mock up also shows a 76 note keyboard and we all know this won't be true.

Indeed, the second image is clearly fake, just a Genos with some photoshopping. But the one in the first post looks quite qenuine. And that one is a 61 key device.

I think so too, it wouldn't make sense to continue with an S model if the Tyros series is done with, unless the Genos is a one off model which I doubt. Whatever it will be though I hope it's something special because the Genos didn't really do it for me so I am hoping the next S model does.

Hello everybody,

I changed the title of the topic because we don't know for sure if it's sx300 or sx900.
We really don't know anything, nor will it really be "SX" or anything else.
We're just dreaming and waiting for the moment to eat popcorn.

Why should Yamaha use the brand " SX900 " ?
Already in use for other products. See internet.

It sounds natural they will continue PSR - xxxx.

Why should Yamaha go for 76 keys ?
No way ... 61 keys will be continued. Why not ?

Why not built-in speakers, as usual ?

Why a touch screen ? Too expensive, I guess.

Why blue Genos push buttons ? No way.

I believe it represents most of the new forthcoming baby Yamaha model. Maybe not 76 keys. Most prob WITH speakers. As for the rest, I believe we'll see those soon when it will be released.

More than likely all of this is a teaser started by Yamaha themselves.  Tyros received a facelift and so will the new baby series. Why not a touch screen and why not Tyros style buttons? And it will most definitely sound AMAZING!!!

I would tend to doubt that Yamaha started the rumor themselves, but anything's possible.

I'm just surprised that the Vietnamese keyboard store is using the fake photos to advertise the keyboard and apparently take advanced orders for it.

Hi Michael,

maybe this’is just a very weird way of making an advertisement campaign ?
Past keyboards: PSR E313, PSR E413, PSR E433, PSR S550, DGX 640, upright piano.
Now: DGX 650, Casio CT-X800.

This  advert is designed to fool people and should have been removed straight away.

Why waste time speculating about this bogus keyboard.  When Yamaha officially announces the next arranger, then we will know its real.
