Changing the Chord Fingering type
« on: July 08, 2019, 12:55:04 PM »
Hi there,

I'm looking for a "one touch" solution to change the Chord Fingering type. Can it be done on the fly? I've prepared a registration just to assign a modulation to a foot controller, but the Chord Fingering type is not memorized.

Have a nice day,
Adam

Fingering mode is part of the Style group. You have to have the Style box checked in order to have Fingering memorized.

Not quite one-stop, but press DIRECT then ACMP to jump straight to the menu.

Does this mean that the style will change when I recall the saved registration? I'm trying to avoid that.

Yeah, but it's a looong way from Multifinger to AI Full Keyboard...

Many thanks for your answers!

Then you need this workaround:
1. Create a user style (copy any old style)
2. Memorize this style with your Fingering mode.
3. Delete the user style.

Now the Fingering mode will change, but the style won’t.
