Genos tutorials
« on: May 07, 2019, 10:48:37 AM »
As a newbie to the Genos and arranger keyboards in general, I am looking for some tutorials that describe the different things you can do with Genos, like how to set it up with Cubase. As a previous Yamaha Motif and XF owner, I have been spoiled with lots of useful guides and tutorials , especially by Yamahas Bad Mister. Like those at https://www.yamahasynth.com/resources
Are there anything equivalent for the Genos keyboard out there?

Thanks
/Jorgen

I found some Genos tutorials by Gabriel Aldort, which seams to be what I was looking for.

Any other suggestions?

A couple of lines don't look very helpful.

Hello Jorgen --

Welcome to the forum!

This is the best place to find tutorial information (in English). In case you haven't already done so, please browse through the PSR Tutorial main page:

https://www.psrtutorial.com/

You'll find sections and links dealing with use, etc. The forum is a terrific community and is quite civil by Web standards. There are many knowledgeable people here and each seems to have their own area of specialization.

There are a few other worthy sites on the Web. If you're a German language speaker, then try Heidrun's Soundwonderland:

https://www.youtube.com/user/SoundWonderland

All the best to you -- pj

P.S. Several forum members are also Motif, Montage, MODX, MOX players, too. (Myself included.)

Thanks all of you for the tips. I have just started to browse this forum and I have already found a lot of useful stuff.
Last time I had an arranger keyboard was in 2011, and if I remember correctly this forum was already around back then  8)
