Use the Organ Flute drawbars, and use the Dual Rotor Bright DSP effect for the rotary speaker 'Leslie' sound.

As for registrations, try making your own settings! Pull the 16' drawbar to maximum and leave it there. Pull the others out to just about anything and it will be a usable solo melody sound. White drawbars add even pitches for sweet sounds, brown and black play fractional harmonics - the spice! Mix them as you see (or hear) fit.

There are lots of youtube clips about using drawbars, some good, some bad. Have a look, you'll soon get some ideas.

Avoid using any books that have equivalent drawbar settings for pipe organ or instrumental sounds. They lie! Apart from a few flutey pipe organ sounds, the Hammond can only ever sound like a Hammond - that's what makes it what it is.

Don't forget that you can put Organ Flutes into the left voice too, effectively giving you a two manual organ. Try 00 7654 322 as your sound 'downstairs' - probably shifted 1 octave up using the mixer.
It's not what you play, it's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.
