Upcoming Piano Expansion Pack (Now with video)
« on: March 14, 2019, 12:04:16 AM »
Hello friends,

I have made a new Piano Expansion containing 6 Piano voices, 4 Acoustic and 2 Electric Pianos.
The challenge was to create a Piano Pack with 5-6 different realistic Piano sounds with 1 layer, make it available not only for Tyros 5 and Genos owners but also for Psr-s770 owners, and keep the size exactly 158 mb for the ppi-file.

All sounds contains only 1 layer, but depending on how hard or soft you hit the keys you can hear different velocities.
Specially the BrightGrand, BrightSteinway, and the Electric Pianos, you can hear it clearly in the demos.

Here's the demo video:

The Piano Expansion Pack will be released this weekend but unfortunately not for free, sorry but this Package is too good to share for free.
Here's different demos me playing all the pianos.

Regards, Jan.

Thank you Joe H, considering that you get 6 different pianos with a small size (158 mb), trust me you can't get better pianos of this size, for a higher quality and more expressive pianos you have to go up at least 500 mb -1 Gb for just 1 piano sound.

Unfortunately I really suck at playing, i think with a good piano player this Expansion would sound so much better
than my mediocre attempt to perform.  ;D ;D

Nice work Jan :)
I like the release effect on piano sounds better than the sustain so you can control the length of the notes accordingly to your playing and the score (unless it is Jazz).

Really informative to show how a single note just sounds and not use an impressive playing with all fingers hitting the keys, while I guess not all of us can play the "pro" way piano.
