Is anyone using VST Plugins, Sample Libraries with genos

VST's are plug-ins and are used with DAW that can accommodate VST.. Sample libraries require a VST, or AU plug-in (vst2,3 I think AAX and HAL - all other types of plug-ins)

You would need a Mac or PC computer, and a DAW program, like Cubase, Logic Pro, Pro-tools (or any of a number of DAWS).

This would necessitate you use your Genos with DAW, (most likely record it's midi/sudio into DAW)..  This certainly gives you a lot more power, and sound sources..  This of course all depends on what you want to do with your music..

for folks who are doing a 'one man band' thing, or just want to keep 'making music', you may not want or need to go to all this complexity.
