Hi Toril,
You can use the 'File Access' button to open the style selection screen at a specific folder and drive of your choice.
This includes the User, HD1 and USB drives (assuming one is connected).
To set this up you should open the Style selection screen and switch to 'List View' (upper 7 button).
Now navigate to the drive/folder that you want to use and press 'Memory' (button E).
You will see a message asking you to select one of the style category buttons to associate with this folder (e.g. Country).
Once you have done this, you can access that folder in future simply by pressing 'File Access' and the relevant style category button.
You can repeat the process with all the other style category buttons if you like, meaning that you can set up a maximum of 11 'shortcuts', as long as you can remember which folder each button opens!
When the 'File Access' is not lit, the style category buttons act as normal and open the preset styles.
Although you need to be in 'List View' to setup the shortcuts, once you have done this you can switch back to the 'normal' view if you prefer. The shortcuts will open the selection screen in whatever view you were in when you last closed it.
Once memorised the shortcuts will remain in place until you reassign them or carry out a system reset.
There is a similar function for MIDI Songs using the four song buttons (I-VI) in the player controls.
There is information about this function in the section 'Memorizing Song/Style paths', on page 28 of the Tyros5 Owner's Manual.
Regards
Ian
