No, stylecreator cannot do this. Stylemagic has tempo control, but not in multi edit, only in event edut. It's hard to add 50-100 tempo controls one by one, so cubase will help more...

Cubase can NOT handle Style files
directly. So you have to use a Tool like "Style Split & Splice" (by Jørgen Sørensen), to
split a Style file in two parts (the MIDI part and "non-MIDI" part). Now, the MIDI part can be imported to Cubase, and MIDI data can be changed there. Finally, you save the changed MIDI data as a MIDI file (Format 0) and "splice" this file with the original "non-MIDI" file, to get a working Style file again.
BUT you could use "MixMaster" (by Michael P. Bedesem & Etienne Volbragt): MixMaster can open Style files directly and finally save it in original Style file format.
