Can someone guide me ..

is it possible to record in USB at the same time while playing an audio from USB as an Karoke ?

I don't think it's possible as you'll be using the same source to play the music as you would record.

If you recorded as MIDI I think you'll only hear your keyboard hits and not the playback.  I don't know any of this for sure!
