MCF10 and Retardando/Accelerando

Hi,

I was wondering if I could do increase or decrease the center tempo of a song/ style using foot controllers in Yamaha MFC10. If so, how please? I have PSR-A3000 very similar to PSR 970.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
