T-5 Pricing
« on: October 29, 2019, 09:38:25 PM »
T-5 was released 6 years ago. Since then we've had the Genos and SX-900. and still till this day, a used Tyros 5 is $3,000+
IMO...over priced

Well you know how the market works - they will sell at the price people are prepared to pay.

If they stop selling up against the SX900 then the price will have to drop.

Personally and selfishly I hope it stays high because I still have the idea I might trade up to Genos one day, and want to get a decent exchange!

Tyros 5 is one glorious beast of a keyboard, so yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. But, if you buy one, be awere that you cannot load packs from YEM without the optional expansion menory card, and that also costs money. I have one without the menory card, as I am satisfied with the voices that are on the keyboard. Styles you can have in buckets and truckloads from this forum. Hope you find a Tyros, and that you can get it for a good price :)
