If you already have a laptop with monitor.  You might be able to use the device described in this post . . . .

to transfer the image from your keyboard display to the laptop with external monitor.    Presumably, the keyboard display will be shown on the external monitor of your laptop.

I do not use it but you might want to check on this . .  .

Thanks Al😀 I will have to try it out when I get my keyboard back. My laptop is superlight, but the screen may be too small.
