Midi file search
« on: November 11, 2018, 03:57:30 PM »
I added a lot of MIDI files to Genos, then I moved them to different folders. When I use the search function, It finds all the files, but with the old paths (before I moved them), therefore it throws an error. Is there any way to force Genos to update file paths?

Hi Floodie,

are the MIDI files stored in the USER drive of the Genos or on a USB stick?

Does this problem persist after Genos is turned off and restarted?

Best regards,
Chris

When I rename/move USER midi files or folders, Genos doesn't update its index immediately. Is there a way of forcing Genos to update the index? I am doing a lot of search/rename/copy etc and the latent indexing is working against me...

Hi,
Could you solve this Problem? I have reorganized my files on USB1 and search function (Styles, Midi, reg) does not work properly.
