problems with expansion manager

Hello i have a Genos for some weeks . i got the free pack from Yamaha but  i can not instal it in Expansion Manager at my i mac computer
it ask a user id and password  but it not work , i use the same one as the website where i got the free pack , Yamaha help center did told me so.
but no it not work at all?  as user id i use my e mail.

You have to export your ID number from Genos to a USB stick and then import it into YEM. Go to Expansion on Menu and press Export instrument Info
