Topic: Tyros 5 Mic gets weak

Howdy..... I have a problem they has started to pop up over the past 2 months.  When I am playing at a gig.... at some point.... maybe after 2 hours..... the Mic seems weak.  It drops in gain and I have to keep turning it up....but at some point it now distorts.  I solved the problem but shutting down the Tyros and rebooting it.  Now it comes back to normal gain and everything is fine.  Keyboard is about 3 years old.  Any ideas or anyone else have this problem?

Hi Chuck! I use input for processing in studio conditions. For 2 years, such problems were not.
A possible problem with the microphone cable. With poor mass contact, the cable has the property of accumulating potential. Hence the problem with cold contact.
BUT!
I'll try to clarify what settings the compressor? Perhaps a slow response time can lower the signal. You tried to make the attack and release fast?
