[PSR-E463] Recording a personal song on USB Stick ?
« on: August 08, 2018, 02:17:41 PM »
Hi all,

On my PSR-E463, I would like to record a personal song created with track recording on the USB Stick but I can't do this.
I think is is not allowed.

Is there any other way to record this song on my computer using the USB printer cable ?
Do I need a special software on my PC ?

Thanks

Hi Chris,

Since the PSR E463 does have an onboard digital audio interface, simply connect your keyboard to your computer with a printer cable and this should work.

Audacity is a free recording software for Windows computers. Its editing capabilities are basic but if you simply want to record the Audio Out of your keyboard, it’ll do.
