Does Genos keep an Index on any Audio files I store on my USB drive?

I want to delete lots of folders, using Windows Explorer,  from my USB drive where I have been storing recordings that I have made. 

I notice that each of the folders contains at least one each of a .ubk file, .wav files,  .aud file and .tmp file.

Does anyone see a problem with Genos in using this method of deleting these folders on my USB drive?

Anything you have stored on USB sticks will not alter any thing you have stored on your Genos User section.
