Topic: User Authentication Required IN YEM

  Hi Everyone,

  I am trying to use YEM to add a pack that I bought couple years ago and it pops up User Authentication dialog.  I have tried to use my account set up on Yamaha website with the ID is my email address and the password but NO success.  What login ID should I use?

Do you have other packs in the YEM already. If not you may need to load in your keyboard ID number which you will find On the page you put your name in. Just save it to a USB stick  and then save in YEM.

It would be the credentials for the Yamaha Musicsoft website. Try to log in there first to make sure your password is correct. If it still doesn't work contact their support team, they are usually helpful in resolving problems.
