StyleMagic 3 doesn't work - Pls Help

Goodmorning everyone. Unfortunately I think I'm really unlucky. I have already written in another board but I have not received any replies and then I try in this hoping for help.

I purchased StyleMagic 3 for my Genos. When I made the purchase I inserted an USB (as dongle?). I received by Thomas an email with a s/n. I downloaded the software into the USB (dongle?)  and installed it with the USB inserted. Unfortunately, the program does not start. I think the problem should be the "dongle" but I do not know what is a dongle! What is a "dongle"? What should I do? I think my USB has a different serial number from the one Thomas gave to me. What can I do?

I wrote three emails to Thomas ( midisoft.pl@gmail.com) but I have not received an answer and this does not seem to me serious.

Could you please help me? Thank you

Hi Ullo

I purchased the StyleMagic YA version a few years back. I recently upgraded to the Genos version. The "dongle" refers to the original USB stick you used to purchase and install the StyleMagic program.

For the program to work, you must have this original USB stick (dongle) plugged into your PC. Not sure why your emails are being ignored, but if you are an original purchaser, it is noted that they can reinstall the program onto another USB stick in the event that your original one was damaged or lost.

Hi guys. Thomas replied and sent me back the program that now works perfectly. Thanks to everyone but especially to Thomas who was very kind. I do not know why it did not work. But that's okay. ;D :D
