Best way to get started in using a laptop or ipad for displaying sheet music how do you get it to go to next page thanks kim

Kim,
For the iPad you can either swipe it with your finger or get a Bluetooth pedal that will turn the pages for you. I use and iPad Pro with a Bluetooth pedal.
I use Musicnotes for the app. You can buy sheet usic from them or scan your own as PDF’s and import them thru iTunes. A lot of the forum members use Songbook.
The pedal I use is a Air Turn BT 105.

I’m not sure of the advantage of a laptop would be.

If you have an iPad and the SongBook+ application the program will automatically load the PDF file when you select the registration on your keyboard (also the other way around, when you select the song on SongBook+ the registration is selected automatically on your keyboard. .

Of course It also depends on the keyboard you have.
