You have a very nice voice. The harmony volume needs to be raised a little in the vocal settings. Just go to this section and try things out until you find something suitable for you. When you find it you can save it as a user set up that you can always bring back.

No I am using the Lucas Nano 300. When I did this song, it was with the Tyros 5. Now that I have the Genos, I can record the song again using the mic settings that I am using for the Genos. Will post it later, with the settings, if you like the way the vocals sound.

Mike2 - have you had a chance to post your MIC settings?

The mic settings are from my previous keyboard, the Tyros 5. The settings that I now have for Genos, are not the same. I don't sing that much anymore.
Plus with the Tyros 5, I was recording in a large remodeled basement, where the acoustics were different. Now I'm upstairs in my tv room, 12 x 12 and the vocals are very hard to set.

I really liked you performance of  Gentle on my mind,  a beautiful tune well done with a nice voice. And that in spite of the fact that for my oldfashioned taste there was a little bit too much of reverb on the mic. My female vocalist who could be my grand child  :)  also wants more reverb than me.

Cheers

Agreed about the reverb. Mike2, you have a very listenable voice. Don't hide behind excessive effects :). The instrumentation is very well done and has its own effects. You sound like you're in a totally different (large) room than the band. That never happens. Great job!

And yes, what style did you use? Thanks.

"Learn" your music correctly, then "practice" it. Don't practice mistakes because you'll learn them.

Excellent rendition, style seems to be made specifically for this song, and as for your vocals superb, would be great to hear you sing some more Glenn Campbell numbers

hi Mike 2 like Eileen said bring the volume up on the Vocal Harmony. on Hearing the song that backing sounded like a Midi file because I don't think that is a Genos style :) the song was good tho :)

It wasn't a midi, it's a audio wave file. If you would like it, I can send it.
