Hi Alain

Just a thought ---  if you connect the Keyboard to the computer via a printer cable and use the Yamaha MusicSoft Downloader program do the USB Stick show up and show your style files.

No I am confused. That's a whole complete different thing. First you said, styles from USB stick do not work. Now you say, this is independent from USB stick. "Function of User" do not work? What is "function of user"? Can you post screen shots?

        Yes, so I did. Before it worked correctly, I mean  when I did call "User", I could see my USB3 and make all operations.

         I am sorry for bad poor english.

You have probably tried it, but is the same if you use only the one USB stick and no others at same time, and what ever USB port you put it in?
