Startup screen....how to pick up where you left off?
« on: February 16, 2018, 10:59:56 AM »
I've been through the Settings menus and the manual and can't find how to set the keyboard so it "remembers" where you left off upon powering down....is it possible?
thanks in advance...

I don't think I've ever seen that happen myself. Mine always defaults you the home screen.

But you can save most things to a Registration,
A start-up registration

On my Genos, the last registration that I worked on is there when I power up.  I just hit the registration button.

For me, the goal is to keep growing/learning.

If you are working on something and it is not finished when you want to switch off always make a point of saving it first and then on switch on you can reload your work and carry on where you left off. It has always been the same on most Yamaha keyboards today that they will retain the last registration you were using. When powered up just press the registration button
