Transpose button doesn’t work

Hi All
Just turned on genos and the transpose buttons do not work.
Turned on and off 2 times no dice.
The pitch changer for on board mp3 changes keys fine, any answers

Hold down the direct access button (assuming there is one on the Genos), then press the transpose button. This will take you to the transpose page where you can see where the transpose is assigned to.

Went into menu- transpose and was able to access and use transpose button on genos
