I tried again and got the same result. I even tried to register the Genos in the UK website since it has the choice for the Genos (the USA doesn’t have a choice for Genos) and it didn’t work.
I decided to try something new. I took a different laptop, also with Windows 10, installed the Yamaha Expansion Manager and copied the Premium Packs, entered the Online Member for proof of purchase and IT WORKED.
I went back to the other computer and uninstalled the YEM and reinstalled it anew, and I got the same problem. I would like to know what is causing that.
Now, I can move to another problem.
