Title: Yamaha Voice & Style Packs - Are they incremental?

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if we need both packs of a series like V1,V2 etc.  I was looking at Colors Of Iberia and it seems like V2 is the same as V1 but with more voices and Registrations etc.  So I guess my question is: Do we need to load both of these packs into YEM or just the latest V2.  Also is YEM intelligent enough to load only 1 instance of a voice into memory fif it finds multiple instances or do we need to do our own housekeeping.

Hi Neebo,

In such cases I would install BOTH packs, since some Voices may not be included in version 2. But don't worry: Identical Voices that are contained in several Packs are only loaded ONCE into the Expansion Wave Memory during the Pack Installation.
