Title: Apps, that can easily link songs to registrations on Genos

Hi All,

I thought it may be useful to people looking to start using a sheet music app, to have an overview available of sheetmusic apps that support the easy touch-of-a-button way of linking songs to registrations bi directionally on Genos (and also on keyboards in the PSR SX range).

                 ! iPadOs ! Android ! Windows !
Songbook+        !    X   !         !         !
MobileSheets     !    X   !    X    !    X    !

I currently only know of those mentioned above, but there are probably others.
The idea would be, that when people respond to this thread with other apps they know of, that have this ability, I would then add them to the list above.

I think that is a very good idea . . . .

I would suggest to add at least two more columns . . . .

Tablet to Genos
Genos to Tablet

In the case of SongBook+/Genos both methods would be checked . . . .

Thanks for the suggestion Al,

With both currently known apps, the link is bi directional, so I think it is automatically so, when linking this easy (sysex midi based) way

For the moment I have just added that the link is bi directional to my post. If there are responses that mention apps that only link one way, I will add columns for the direction.

Your original post indicates Genos and it also includes PSR range keyboards . . . . . . I believe that for example SongBook+ is bidirectional only for Genos,  it looks like for some earlier models is only one direction . . . . .

Hi Al Ram, i've Songbook+ and mobilesheetspro on my Ipad linked to my PSR SX900 and both works both side perfectly;
Songbook+: Ipad to registration and Registration to Ipad
mobilesheetspro:Ipad to registration and Registration to Ipad
Just link the song to the registration and it's working both way!
I've tried Onsong: works for the moment just one way: Ipad to registration; but you've a lot of works for each song to link the song.
