[SOLVED sorry 2 waste ur time ] - so from the "FM"... its  [DIRECT ACCESS] + [EXIT]

Sorry if this is asked too often or too "rtfm" - but are there any key/button press combinations that return one straight to the Home Screen, wherever one is down the menu-diving trail - instead of pressing EXIT lots of times...?
