Hi. I have a Yamaha Portable Grand DGX 640. I am trying to use Yamaha Expansion Manager to transfer style files from my computer to the USB stick but the instrument is not recognized by Expansion Manager. I formatted the USB key from the keyboard, and when I go to get the system files via the FILE CONTROL/Register save option, this message appears on the keyboard screen: Save data is not found. So, what to do?

I think that the DGX is not compatible with the Yamaha expansion manager

You need MusicSoft Manager.

Yes, Lately I started using Musicsoft Downloader but nothing works.  I have a Windows 10 computer. Please help me.  Thanks
