Title: Recording issue

Is there a reason that when doing an audio recording, on Clavinova 809, that the phase one channel will not play an altered voice , when using the introduction button 3. The intro will not play curved bars (from the organ section), which I  put in, replacing Cassotto rhythm Moon Waltz. It plays the rhythm as set in that particular, channel. If not using the intro, and recording too, it will play whatever is substituted, in the rhythm. Perhaps there is something I’m missing, as I’m still finding my way around the instrument. Thankyou.

If you are using a pre set voice you can only save changes by saving under a different name as a user voice. Are you doing that?
