Title: How do you turn off left hand sound on DGX670?
Post by: RobM on December 03, 2021, 06:26:56 PM
Hi
Just had my new keyboard delivered today. I can't quite work out though how to turn off the left hand sound when playing like my Tyros. For example if I'm playing piano on the right and a fingered chord on the left how do I stop the piano playing on the left? I can't see any reference to it in the manual. Thanks. Rob

On the right Voice select you have On&Off Left...Main...Layer.
On Chord Finger Type you may be set to Full Keyboard which will play the Main Voice across the keyboard.

Does this help ?

Hi Rob,

It works just as on Tyros models: Switch OFF the LEFT part (using the corresponding Part On/Off button), while ACMP is switched ON.

Best regards,
Chris

Thanks guys. I had already tried those things but to no avail. However after putting in a USB stick with my Tyros styles it works fine now. I don't know if it was a glitch or I did something wrong but all is ok now and thanks for your help.
