Post by: Dziekanc on November 05, 2021, 02:49:56 AM
Anyway to auto trigger a song to start as part of a registration memory ?

When creating a registration you need to turn on the Synchro Start icon. The first press of the keyboard keys triggers Song.

On my Genos,   song A  does t have that icon to start on key. The left most icon is the play/pause. Below it is the v.cancel ?

What ckobu said only works with MIDI files. If you say you see v.cancel then you are loading an MP3 or WAV file and this sync button does not appear.

The only way I think this can be done is to use the Multipad Audio Link.

Go to Menu, Multipad Creator, then select Audio Link Multipad, once you have you song programed to one of the multipads.....

Press the sync start button on the multi pad loaded with the song you want to play then when you play a key the multipad will play. Then save to a registration.

Yeah that would work for sure... if I wasn’t already using the multi pad triggers for other sounds .
Unsure why midi can have an auto start. But the mp3  can’t.

It makes no sense at all.
