The positive changes are welcome . But they need to be finished.
With A-5000 we have now possibility to use for each variations different Section time signature and that is very positive and perfect change. The unfinished things right here is that is not possible for tempo for each variations. So the way we can now change time signature for each variations we NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO SAME WITH TEMPO and than job will be finished.
So I hope Yamaha will adjust this in next OS update.

Good Idea! Hopefully when I get the PSR-A5000 I may have to wait for that feature.

At this moment this function is almost useless ...so that how important is "tempo /variations "

SONG POSITIONS BOOTONS:
Since Yamaha rise song to 3MB now we need more "SONG POSITIONS markers". Simple now is possible to make long MIX from 10 or more songs all at once.
It would be nice if Yamaha make in SX and A-5000 a minimum 8 or even better 12 of SONG POSITIONS markers: As I said Jobs need to be done.

Time signature can be used in registration also same as a tempo.
I think the point is if there is the new way ( The new function) to do it it need to be completely finished and right now without changing tempo time signature for each variations does not make any sense.

the only way to see an actual change and a new update....
is to actually send them an email or calling them up and stating what you would like

i have been on the phone with a Yamaha keyboard representative for over an hour telling him about all these issues and he explained to me they only listen when there are enough complaints if there are only a couple of people complaining they won't pay attention to it

Same here. Hour and hours spend on call with Yamaha since i bought psr-9000 a 20 years ago.
Also YAMAHA watch this forum closely and if is enough "IDEAS" here they will listen too.
