We have a YEM (2.8.1)upgrade, I hope we can use for our benefit with Tyros 5

It can be used but is very slow to handle.

Hi henrycar,

please note that new Packs you have created yourself with YEM 2.8.x can no longer be used with YEM earlier YEM versions (V2.7.0 and earlier).

To the best of my knowledge, the new functions of YEM 2.8.1 are currently only supported by the new PSR-A5000. For Tyros5, Genos, PSR-S or SX models, the V2.8.1 does not seem to have any advantage over V2.7.0.

First of all, I will work with the new version 2.8.1 for a while. If the slower speed (as mentioned by ckobu) becomes annoying over time, I will probably also downgrade to 2.7.0 again ... ;)
