Title: Songbook document display problem
Post by: larvol on May 02, 2021, 07:39:25 PM
Does anyone know how to get this vertical line off. (see the picture). As you see I have one Ipad (old one) with a clear pdf sheet. But the new Ipad 2019 has got an annoying white line. Is there a way to remove it?

Larvol,

It looks like the edge of the page from your scan, can you get it to display in portrait instead of landscape?

Is this Songbook+ or Songbook? Not sure why your PDF's are with black background.

Pdfs are exactly the same. I've copied the whole ipad from icloud. Background is black because the night mode is on.I like it , especially if you play in the dark.
There is a line in a portrait mode as well.

Larvol,

There are two programs Songbook and Songbook+ I am not familiar with Songbook.

If you are using Songbook, try making the change over to Songbook+ by Baum. I have over 1500 song in Songbook+ and never experienced any lines.

songbook+ baum software

Hi larvol,

did you check whether the same version of Songbook+ is installed on both iPads? (The current version is V4.0.6.)

Are you really using the exact same settings on the new iPad (global settings for Songbook+ and settings for the song in question)?

Best regards,
Chris

I have Songbook+ installed on two iPads with no problems of lines. Actually it is on my iPhone too.
