VCE Files are edits of the inbuilt Voices,
some of them are very good. Some Yamaha keyboards have a VOICE SET option to enable voices to be adjusted to one's liking.
There are free VCE's for you to download on this site.Top of page click Styles then Other Files.

Hope this is helpful ?.

Can voices edits saved as User VCE be loaded in a pack ?
I can't find that option in Yamaha Expansion Mananger.

Hi meyrick,

please look also at this thread:

The page mentioned by Graham (where you can download such Voice Set files) is here:
>>> https://psrtutorial.com/sty/OF/voice.html

By the way: These so called User Voice files can only used in Keyboard Parts (Right / Left). If you would use such Voice files to revoice Styles, Multi Pads or MIDI files, only the original Preset Voice on which the User Voice in question is based would be used (while the changed Voice Set data would be ignored).

Best regard,
Chris

Hi fantomx2019,

edited Preset or Expansion Voices saved as User Voices (in the User drive of the keyboard or on a USB stick) can NOT be imported into a Pack in the YEM.

If you want to have "everything" in the Expansion Pack, you have to make the desired Voice edits directly in the YEM.

Best regards,
Chris
