Title: Any method for Saving Live Control Assign Type in PSR S670
Post by: jemsoo7 on March 28, 2021, 09:41:34 AM
Hi! Still considering to buy an S670. While reading In the data list of S670/Genos:
For Genos i find in manual that 'live Control - Knob Function Assign' can be saved to Registration (O), but  i don't see any assign set. In S670 manual i find 'Live Control Assign Type' and set 1-8; 2-8 but both cannot be saved to registration (X). Is it true?
Any further clarification is welcome, thanks:
1. Does it mean that Genos don't have those '2 or more sets' (available in S670) that can be loaded by registration?
2. Is there any other quick method i can use to re-assign the 2 knobs on S670 on the fly (Instead of clicking AssignButton->Up/Down>7/8>1-4/5-8>exit? I see in note in manual that repeatedly pressing the assignKnob will select different combination. Does it cycle from 1 to 8?
3 Reading another post on s975 saving 'position' of knobs+dial is available in upgraded OS. I guess this is too far to expect on the cheaper s670?

Thanks for the time for reading and answering.
Kindly,
Jean-Paul Ruche.

Genos assign has many places to save to Assignable buttons and you really can not compare it to a PSR670. The newer Keyboard is the SX600.
