Hi everyone, i have a problem with some registrations ,the split fingering is set one the bottom note i want to change the left hand and style to my normal setting, is there a way of doing this as a batch otherwise its going to take ages to change them all
Thank you

djp,
I don't think there is a way to do them all at once unless someone has a software that will do it. On the keyboard I think you will have to do them one at a time.

Hi djp,
you can lock the Split Points using the "Parameter Lock" function. Then the Split Points can't be changed by Registrations anymore. The Split Points can of course still be set manually in the "Split Point" setting display (which you can quickly call up with [Direct Access]> [ACMP]).
In order to save the "new" Split Points permanently in the Registrations (so that they also work WITHOUT the activated "Split Point" parameter in Parameter Lock), you would have to load a Registration Bank at a time, then call up each Registration button one after the other and re-memorize it. Then the Reg Bank has to be saved again.
However, if you always work with the same Split Points (Style / Left / Right 3), you can simply leave Parameter Lock on for the Split Points in general.
Alternatively, you could use Murray Best's "Yamaha Registration Manager" (version "5.1.1 Special") to set the Style and Left Split Points for all Registration files in a certain folder to a certain new value:

First set Genos as the target keyboard and then use the "Batch Bank Conversion" function. (See also the attached picture.)
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Chris

Thanks Chris,
I knew someone had software to do it, but I couldn't remember who it was.

You obviously have registrations that were made to work with a Twin set set up as split has to be set this way.
