Title: What is going on with MusicSoft?

Just tried to snag a few things for my MX there and the site is weird. nice new graphics but nothing seems to work. it's very glitchy. I attempted to get a free d/l and it sent me a zombie acknowledgement email w/ no link, etc.

this is the kind of thing Roland usually has trouble with...not Yamaha.

Hi Moontom,

you can ignore these annoying "Order Confirmation" emails. Just click on "My Library" in your account. There you will find the corresponding download link(s). If there is still "Pending" in one line, just wait a few minutes and then refresh the page (press "F5").


P.S.
Yes, unfortunately there are still many problems on the new Yamaha MusicSoft website. I hope that they will fix this as soon as possible. In my opinion, Yamaha should have tested the new page first OFFLINE or at a test web address that is not open to the public. They should not go online with such a buggy website and only then gradually correct all errors in online operation.
