My thanks to all the well wishers. I have a few hours on the new SX and while it didn’t initially impress me, it is growing on me now. Today will be another round of tweaking and understanding the operating system. Still having trouble getting the EQ where I want it. But, I’ll get there.
Thanks again.

Congratulations Paul,
the last psr I had was the s950, did really use it much ( I was Korgie) for many years. Along came the sx900, operating system, was different to the s950 , but once Igot the hang of it, I really loved it.
There have been posts on EQ settings on this site. Maybe check them out, might be something there that suits you.

Just wanted to post an update to this. I've had the SX900 for about a week now and I am quite pleased. It's a bit of work to get all of my registrations sounding the way I want them but overall I am pleased with the new board. My thanks to Frank at Audioworks CT, the units were backordered and he had to put up with me bugging him about when it would show up.
